ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi


pemberian motivasi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan
pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery
Unit II Sungai Pakning. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah bersifat asosiatif, yaitu
penelitian yang meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dengan kinerja
karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning. Berdasarkan penelitian
ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning.

Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kinerja.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the research are to know factors influence aplication motivation,
factors influence employees performace and influence of the motivation toward
employees performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning.Type
of this research is asosiatif, which is analyze how magnitude influence of the
reward toward employees performance at PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai
Pakning. Based on this research, it can be concluded that motivation has positive
influence and has significance toword employees performance of PT. Pertamina
(Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning.
