Psychomotor (P): SWBAT execute the COTS of passing and catching a football with an 80%
success rate.
Cognitive (C): SWBAT recite the COTS and acknowledge when the COTS of passing and
catching a football are being demonstrated incorrectly 75% of the time.
H-R Fitness (H): SWBAT maintain at least 50% MVPA while engaging in physical activity
75% of the time.
3. Demonstrates the knowledge skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and
fitness.

ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUES: While students are practicing passing and catching the ball with their partners,
the teacher will assess the students techniques using a formal assessment. The group who is spotted doing the
technique correctly will be used as a demonstration.
