AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
I, Aimee A. Vader, 11 years old, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Far Far Away,
Legazpi City, Philippines, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and declare:
1. That I am aware of the desire of my adoptive parents to jointly adopt Anakin
Skywalker to become their legal daughter;
2. That since I came into reason, I already felt their love and affection as true
parents to Anakin Skywalker and that they really loved and treated her as
their own daughter;
3. That I believe that it will be for the best interest of Anakin Skywalker and I
hereby give my consent, freely and voluntarily, to the adoption;
4. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever purpose it may legally serve.
