Abstract
This case is about an botique that decided to change its marketing strategy frim tradional
to social. In the start they dont even had any marketing department which can actually
perform the marketing activities and in todays era people are shifting from generation x
to generation y
This case mainly focuses the dynamics of change management. Issues that have been
spotlighted are importance of customers involvement. The case also fosters the need for
creating a platform for change with a comprehensive change management plan before
implementing the change.
