increasedusingtechnologyontheirworkbesidestodeeplearningapproach.Themid
rangeshiftsconsistofopeneducationalresourcesinadditiontotheincreasinguseof
hybrid learning designs. The longerrange shifts consist of changing the traditional
classroom experience, rearrange the school day and accelerated adoption of intuitive
technologies.

learning models are finding that using both the physical and the virtual learning
environmentstotheirhighestpotentialsallowsteacherstoengagestudentsinabroader
varietyofways,andevenextendthelearningday."Ibelievethatiscorrect,butIamnot
believethatismedlongterm(morethantwoyears).Mypointofviewthatusingof
hybridlearningmodelsisgettingtheresultinthisdays(Neartimeperiod).
