APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR CHARITY PROJECT
With reference to the above statement, we are writing to see if you are interested in
sponsoring our project SHEILDING THE GOLDEN CITIZENS. This project is a charity
work organized by the student of University of Kuala Lumpur.

SHEILDING THE GOLDEN CITIZENS aims to provide high-tech medical devices
approved by the Ministry of Health Malaysia for the residents of Rumah Jagaan dan
Rawatan Al-Ikhlas. Since this care and treatment houses abandoned citizens who may
either be childless or sadly, being ridden of by the children, we feel committed to lend a
hand and help them in any way possible, especially in providing opportunity for the
citizens to experience better quality of living with their improvement in health.

This project is an expensive endeavour and the success of the programme
depends on the generosity of your charity. The project requires an overall sum of
RM132,500.00 needed to finance the medical devices. We would truly be honoured if
you would demonstrate your support through your contribution of monetary aid.

The remainder of the money will be obtained through charity dinner and fund
raising sales. These events will be conducted to promote the project and show our
dedication to ensuring the success of the task.

We respect and accept any amount and assistance contributed from you. Your
