Dear Parents,
Developing good character, higher moral values and upright behaviour
among our children is a great task before us. Today the social atmosphere
has largely polluted due to bad influence of present day movies, mass media
and communication network. Parents are facing tough time in handling their
sons and daughters.
Unknowingly the children are getting addiction with TV cartoon
channels. The Most of the cartoon channels are creating unscientific beliefs
and imaginary ideas. They are very harmful to children because they hamper
the development and growth of thinking mind in them by disturbing their
power of concentration. The violent and terror cartoons and other videos
destroy the sensitive feelings like concern for others, compassion, love,
affection etc. In such a prevailing social atmosphere questions that haunt all
of us are how to protect our children from such influences? How to develop
finer feelings in them?
To develop attraction for great ideal in children is necessary,
particularly attraction for great men, great character, great culture and great
personality. We should create good taste in child by making them
acquaintance with good movies, photos, paintings and music. We have to
develop in the children the power of analysis, power of reasoning to extent
possible.
The BVV is a childrens cultural organization working for harmonious
development of children in the society. It is trying to inculcate higher values
and system of discipline among them by organizing various sciences, sociocultural activities. Annual summer camps were organized every year
successfully involving good number of children. We appeal all the parents
and guardians to extend their co-operation and help in all possible ways to
make our efforts fruitful.
