Dear Mr. and Mrs. Doe:
My name is Kevin Jost and I am the Coordinator for the Work Experience Program at Zimmerman High
School. As we discussed the last time we spoke, a Work-Based Learning Training Agreement was in the
process of being drafted for you son. I appreciate your involvement in that process. Enclosed in the
envelope, you will find said Training Agreement. Please take the time to review the entire document. Take
note of the responsibilities other parties are agreeing to.
If there is anything in the Training agreement you feel you need further clarification on or items within the
Training Agreement you feel should be altered, please contact me as soon as possible as your sons
placement at this worksite will not begin until ALL parties sign the Training Agreement.
