Observing in a school in the province of batangas was a great experience for me. It made me realize how important it is to be a good teacher. It also made me realize the importance of having a co-observer.

COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION J.B Zuno Campus Namunga, Rosario, Batangas Field Study brings us the development we need not to be just good, but the best of what we can give. Doing this kind of duty makes us more discipline and responsible which are great factors to achieve our aspiration. Giving our concern to all the people that we come across especially our students, helps a lot to build up good affiliation to give this world the radiance as we keep going on to pursue our good intention through education. Being responsible to every task that is given by others, it attaches us to the society where we belong. The people that expecting something good from us as their role model, add the respect and trust that we must possessed of. And as a future educator, we should be real in carrying all the responsibilities and tasks that are assigned to us. These are some of the lessons that I learned from my current subject which is the Teaching Profession and could be applied to my duty as an observer for my in Taysan Central School. It was sunny morning, I quickly fixed myself to attend my Field Study last December 7, 2015. Its a mixed feelings of nervous and excitement because it was my first day in TCS. I arrived at 7:00 oclock in the morning and politely approached to the school principal named Mrs. Francia Ogsimer. She talked to me together with my co-observers about the school policies and their daily class program. She also told me and Mr. Mendoza to observe together, for us to choose who will be our cooperating teacher. After that conversation, and some piece of advice we thanked her and proceed to do our duty. While we were walking someone caught our attention, we approached him and told that if we can observe him during his classes. He agreed upon our request and gave us chairs at the back. He was Mr. Ranilo Tejada, the grade 6- St. Joseph section adviser. Since he is the only male teacher in that school, we seems to be comfortable to each other. I can say that he is good especially in Mathematics, I like his strategy in teaching, and I can also feel his authority while he is in the classroom. After the break,we had longer time to talk with Mr. Tejada because it was his vacant time. He shared us something about himself, about his college and marriage life and all the experiences he encountered as a teacher. I discovered that he is a happy person, through his personality and also the way he talk. He also gave us advices on how to handle the class when the time comes that we are already a teacher. After that bonding, he went to the front and started his lesson in EPP. We continued our bonding after lunchbreak, he toured us to the school garden called the Crop Museum. I was amazed on how he manage his time in teaching and handling that kind of responsibility in taking care of all the plants in that garden. Ater helping him in watering the plants he told us that we may go home, we thanked him for allowing us to observe him. After that we decided to leave.
