What information, in the presentation, was helpful?

Everything in the informational was useful. They made sure to cover everything and with great detail to make sure we had all our resources to complete the process. They also
periodically stopped to see if we had questions and answered them thoroughly.
The information regarding working over school breaks was helpful to learn about.
Honestly, though it may not be the case for some, I learned all that was said in the presentation from my CA and clustermate. I feel the information was presented well and
effectively.

I feel that all basic information was covered and understand that more specific details shall be provided in later meetings.
I wish that the meeting would have gone into more of what daily responsibilities that you would have as a CA instead of just the overall responsibilities.

applying and wanting to become a CA/CDA?

The experience, and the bonds you get to create with staff and residents.
I would like to gain more leadership experience.
To make connections with other people and make a positive impact in my community.
My CA Is an amazing person who helped make my transition to NIU easier and helped me get out of my comfort zone. I want to do that for others and help make their
experience one of acceptance and entertainment.

The experience and opportunity would be incredible and to be able to encourage individual growth whether it be social, academic, or personal would be amazing.
I feel this is a position where I can really make a difference. Also being around people is something I'm comfortable with.

I think that I can be a good asset to the staff. I already look forward to accommodating all of my residents professionally and being able to network and connect with others. Im
looking to work well under pressure and still get my job completed with a great outcome
