One day I went to Bandung with my friend for
a vacation. We went there on night bus when we
arrived in Cianjur, the bus stopped for a rest. I got of
the bus to get a cup of coffee, but my friend didnt.
He went to a mosque to pray. It took only a few
minutes to pray, but when I came out again the bus
was not there. It had gone! Shocked and confused. I
asked the shopkeeper about the bus. She said that the
bus had departed about five minutes ago.
I tried to call my friend on my cell phone, but
the battery was running low. I couldnt do anything
but hope and pray. After several minutes, my wish
came true. The bus came back! Got on the bus and
walked to my seat. I was so ashamed when
everybody on the bus looked at me. I could feel my
face turn red.
I asked my friend why she didnt tell the driver
that I was still outside.
I did, I told him several times that you were
outside, but he said that you were in the bus toilet
because he saw a man going into the toilet, my
friend replied, laughing. The other passengers smiled

Last month my family and I spent our four-day
holiday in Yogyakarta. On the first day, we visited
Yogya Kembali Monument.
Let me tell you this. It was easy to reach the
monument. It was only half-an hour-drive from our
inn. We arrived there at 9 a.m. After getting the
tickets, we entered the location. We saw two
cannons in the yard, and also a flag pole. We decided
to take some photographs of those two weapons.
Then, we walked down. We saw a war memorial,
and some attractions, such as flying fox, tanem
bikes, water ballons, life boats, boom-boom cars, ad
water bikes. There were food stalls as well.
We entered the museum first. We enjoyed the
stories exhibited: when the Commander-In-Chief
General Soedirman reported to the President of
Indonesia, Soekarno, the he decided to lead the
guerrilla war againts the Dutch, the general attack of
March 1, 1949, the withdrawal of the Dutch army
from Yogyakarta on June 29, 1949, and many others.
Those taught us a lot. After that, we entered the
contemplation hall and spent half an hour there.
We left the museum when the clock showed 11
a.m. We headed to the playground. I couldnt wait to
enjoy the attractions. The first thing was the flying
fox, then the water ballon, the boom-boom car, and
the last was the tandem bicycle.
Well, we left Yogya Kembali Monumen at about
2 p.m. You know, the experiences really gave me a
great pleasure. You must go there someday.
