TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Prices quoted are valid for 15 days from the date of offer. After this period, a
reconfirmation from our office should be taken.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance along with the Purchase Order, 40% against proof of
material dispatch and 10% after installation.
3. Delivery: 2-3 weeks from the date of technically and commercially cleared order.
4. Force Majeure clause : This quotation as well as the resulting contract are subject to the
standard force majeure condition
5. Warranty:
