Modern Day Idolatry

Overview:
For your final culminating project, you are required to complete five different activities
from the various topics. All of the activities demonstrates different acquired learning
from throughout this course. This activity falls under the topic of Profession of Faith.
Specific Expectations:
PFV: describe what it means to believe and live in Christ, and name some sort of the
joys and demands involved
PFV: Realize Gods desire to be known and loved through Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit
PFV: Consider how religious faith is shaped by human experience
Task:
Find an article that demonstrates modern day idolatry and/or slavery. Using this article,
explain the issue, create ways that we/you can help this issue. Modern day idolatry can
involve things such as peoples addiction to technology, and money, etc. Reflection
questions to answer about the article:

2. What is happening with this issue?
3. Where is this issue occurring?
4. What can you do to help?
5. How does it display a modern day issue?
