SAD, RRR BAMAD 3. Appearance of Actuator and its Internal Structure ‘@ Motor The motor is special AC servo motor with single phase or three-phase. The thermal switch is Terminal box assembled inside the motor for overheat protection @ Reducer The reducer generally consists of three stage reduction gear (the multi-rotary type has only two stage of reduction gear), the first and second stages are often the planetary gear reduction with small volume, larger transmission ratio and high efficiency, but some reducers adopt the helical gear reduction as the second stage. The worms and worm wheels or screw rod and nut transmission with larger reduction ratio and self- locking performance are adopted as the third stage.
