First and foremost, persons who had mistakes in the past usually take off later due
to their rectification and their maturity in understanding. For instance, a teacher
having first-hand experience in class especially bad one can easily realize what is
needed for a good lecture. A startup company is in great demand after providing
the market with different products several times. More experience is derived by the
craftsman as they produced many products which were a failure. The second thing
is that persons who had a failure often reach their maturity in mind leading to
success. There is no need for an experienced bussinessman to be reluctant to jump
