after their testing session.

Staff Assignment During Testing

Highlight names of students absent/missing on your class roster located within your
envelope. A runner will grab your roster and bring it down to Teri in the office. She will
then attempt to locate the student(s) if they are in attendance.
Your assignment for the OLPA Math/Reading testing dates is to monitor the lab/students
you are assigned and complete needed tasks covered in training. One student is allowed
to leave the computer lab at a time and there is no communication between students
during testing.
Any students who show up late will be escorted to their testing location by someone from
the office if they arrive before the half-way point of the testing session. Students arriving
past the half-way point will wait in the office.
Call the office if you have any questions, before, during, or after testing.
