Exercise 2. Composition.
A year ago, I used to go running everyday, until I started working and studying
and going to piano lessons, I had no time nor energy to keep exercising; Then, I
noticed I was losing the benefits I used to have when I was exercising, and so I
was losing my physical condition, I did everything as possible to include at
least 30 mins exercise on my day. Currently, I workout almost everyday, and
some days I actually exercise more tan just 30 minutes. Now I can feel (and
see) all of the benefits on my body when I exercise, I feel awesome!!
