Accident Reports if Any Etc

Evaluate the Man Power Requirements for the Different Departments Involved

All should come up with the Plan of Execution (Detailed Flow Plan of How to execute with the given time) and their Requirements for Execution.
(Requirements such as any specific software requirements, Any kind of test Tools Required Etc)

All the plans and Requirements should be forwarded to a Coordinator @ TUV SUD

Co-coordinator to work parallel with Report Generation Specialist for getting the Project status Weekly

Final Detailed Report to be Scrutinized and to be submitted to FEWA for Approval
