By execution of this Residential Parking Permit Application, as evidence by my signature below, I hereby swear and affirm that I am a legal resident
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida and I fully understand that all permits are the sole property of the City of Miami Beach Parking Department. The
visitor permits are for the exclusive use of my guest; there is a limit of 10 visitor permits per month.

By signing below, I acknowledge that said permit(s) are for the sole use of the above resident and not intended for resale nor
transferable. Any violation(s) of the above guidelines may result in termination of parking privileges.

The City of Miami Beach Parking Department has commenced its online virtual residential and visitor program.
Please note that your license plate will now serve as your virtual permit. This means that an enforcement
officer with an LPR (license plate recognition) reader will scan your license plate and confirm its validity.
Therefore, you will no longer be issued a permit to affix to your windshield.
- Residential status will now be based on your birth month.
- During the transition period your residential status will be validated through _______________
- To renew your residential status, you will receive a letter in the mail with a code to verify your residency
or you will be randomly selected to visit the Customer Service Center to provide the required documents.
- Your payment is valid through _________________. Please remember to pay the remaining balance via
our online Parking Portal. You will receive reminder emails before your residential permit expires.
You will be receiving an invitation e-mail with a username and generic password to access our secure online
Parking Portal where you will:
- Change your generic password to one that you select.
- Will be able to pay for your permit renewal.
- Will be able to to renew your residential status if you were not selected to visit the
Customer Service Center and provide required documents .
- Purchase virtual visitor permits.
