Creating Sea Jobs for Veterans Act

Government and Private Sector collaboration in the construction


of a ship vessel capable of going out into the ocean and
collecting Mineral Resources from the Ocean such as Salt,
Potassium, Magnesium Placer Gold, Tin, Titanium, and
Diamonds which will go out:
1. To collect this resources from the ocean
2. Find a market and export them to buyers.
The ship vessel crew must be all Veterans including homeless
veterans and their salaries depend on how much resources there
are able to find and sell.
The ship vessel must be equipped with sleeping quarters, Sick
bay and showers for the crew.
Communication devices on the ship and the ships captain has
authrority to communicate and offer assitance to third world
countries in cleaning up their rivers, canals to agreed payments
to the crew.

Veteran Crew of about 4,500 males and females aboard the


vessel get an US passport to port at any dock around the world.
Building materials are kept on the ship with collaboration with
other nations there are allowed to go into third world countries
to go and dig water wells, clean up rivers, dams and build houses
from tropical timber in countries like Liberia enriched with
timber.
All Revenues brought in by the selling and export of mining
resources from the ocean a 7% tax to the US government.
