How can students learn the same subjects from school but apply it in a

different learning environment? Children have always been learning in one


place, the classroom. They always get exited of going outside to play and
why is that? They have more freedom of doing stuff they want, they can go
beyond their ideas of playing. Children have fun being outside because they
can interact with other kids, and discover new things along the way. In the
classroom students are taught with pictures and easy activities that help
them understand better. People often remember what they learn when they
are different setting, its easier for them to understand the concept by seeing
it with their own eyes. Going outside and explore things makes it more
interesting and easier for kids to be attracted to learn more about what they
are observing. There are different perspectives in which children are able to
learn better. Also different styles in which kids learn, not all are the same. It
is better to teach children in different ways in order for everyone to
understand because not everyone is capable to learn the same way. They
dont always have to be inside in a four wall room in which the only on
schooling is the teacher. It makes it more interesting when nature teaches
children how it works. Not only with nature children can be taught but with
an open environment and children interacting with one another. Being
outside can help them use many skills that are taught inside school. Math,
Social Studies, English, History, and Science can be taught by activities done
and places that captivate childrens attention. Likewise field trips can also
give children the opportunity to acquire greater confidence and leadership
skills. A field trip to a place such as a museum can give the students many

sorts of information and can grab their attention by looking at stuff that is
new to them considering that they are still very young and havent see such
things. It is easy for children to gain knowledge once they are in an
interesting environment while having fun.
Education has branches of pedagogics with analysis and evaluation of
subjects to be taught of the methods of teaching them. The learning process
is divided into different stages and ages in which we grow up. There are
many levels of education: Pre- school, elementary school, middle school, and
high school. Education is a development of knowledge in which mostly
everyone go through, each grade has different teaching methods according
to what can the child retain because of their age. The evaluation on
education is what we live everyday such as the subjects that we learn in
school. Science, history, social studies, English, and math are the primary
things that we should know about our world in order to be a knowledgeable
person. All these can also be put in action in an outside activity. Outside you
can find all of these subjects and put them into action. Science you can
realize an experiment or research, history you can find it in museums of
statues that represent historical figures and what they did. Social studies can
be taught with directions or migration patterns, English outside can be
taught with revision about what they see about the nature. Nature is all
about symmetry and symmetry is math, you can find math mostly anywhere
if its about nature. Methods of child development require children being
taught since they are little. The development that they form into depends on

what they learn throughout their growth. If you start instructing a kid on how
to be a good communicator then when they grow up they will have strong
communication skills that they had gain throughout their development. Any
method that you use for children to learn is what makes them grow into. Just
like how when children grow into a specific environment either good or bad,
they turn into what they have learn all their childhood. The ways that people
are in the future depends on what they learn, what environment they were in
and how they were treated in their childhood.
Being outside makes you feel, hear and see new things and experience
it by yourself instead of just hearing it from a teacher inside the classroom.
Children are more likely to learn something whenever they see it. Just like
when they are little, their parents show them an object and teach them what
they are useful. Studies show that being outside helps students do better in
all subjects. There are many resources in which kids can grab attention to,
they can remember better when they have experience a moment with their
own feelings. In fact, children can learn many subjects at once, just by
paying attention to detail or having someone showing you around on what
they have observe too. Having classes outside and on groups, kids tend to
work on their communication skills. It could be inherently interdisciplinary for
children having learning experiences outside the classroom. There is an

teaching. These activities are useful because it contributes with the same
subjects that students learn in class. There are many ways and reasons why
teachers should start more on having their class lessons outside, Excerpts of

it is to teach outside.
Teachers have different ways in which they teach children. They teach
according to the grade level that the children are in. In the early childhood is
a long day of care, kindergartens, playgrounds, playgroups, parent education
and specialist childrens programs. Most of the time in the childhood of kids
they tend to learn the most essential things that are needed in life. They
learn about interacting with others, they also work with them as individual in
order for them to develop to inspire, motivate and stimulate skill
development and learning. Being outside you can see all the beauty that
surround us, we have many things to learn outside about nature and what
nature can provide to us. Preschoolers gain knowledge easier through their
senses. Outside there are many different and wonderful things for them to
see, to hear, to smell, to touch, and even to taste. Children who spend a lot

of time acquiring their experiences through television and computers are


using only two senses (hearing and sight), which can seriously affect their
perceptual abilities. Being outside learning can help all the senses function at
the same time because the open environment helps you have an open and
new perspective towards the learning. Experimenting new things can lead
into more knowledge, open their imagination, and improve their grades in
school work. Children are easy to be taught but it takes being qualified in
knowing the development in which they can learn. The research evidence
indicates that the effect of learning outside improves positive and equivalent
than other type of learning that teachers use at school. Many teachers
believe also that outside learning makes children learn more than being
sitting down in a classroom for many hours. Learning in a place other than in
a classroom it contributes significantly to raise better pupils personal, social
and emotional development. Nature is our life which is easier to learn from it,
we understand nature better and improve within what we learn from nature.
Most adults have fond memories from their schooldays of adventure
holidays and outings to zoos and museums. Kim Thomas stated about how

kids are only on their new technology devices and are learning from it. Only
their hearing and seeing senses are working, they cant experience a feeling

animals lived in pens. The children didnt know much about nature because
they didnt go to nature and learn from it. It is not childrens fault that they
lack from new experiences, but the school putting to many regulations in
which it can be jut fixed with observing and motoring the students more.
Most of the times also it is not the teachers fault, "Teachers are struggling
against parents in the delivery of this" which is letting their kids go on trips
because of their safety. If the parents want their children to be safe, the
school always has full responsibility over them, even the parents can go with
them to the trip if they fear something can happen. There is always an
alternative on children learning different.
Parents, teachers, and children need to know about what is best for
them. Children need to be provided with an education that they can
remember. Parents need to know what is best for their kids, what can help
them be more motivated to learn and remember those experiences. Teachers
are always contributing with what is best for their students, but some of

them instead of looking out for the kids, they look at their own interests.
Even if teachers want to go beyond the methods of teaching in order for
students to learn better, they are not able to because of the regulations of
the school such as health and safety. The safety can be a major issue that
deals with learning outside because everything depends on the lives of the
children and they have to be taken care of every minute. The main question
is how can the students safety be assure in order for parents to trust the
school? There can be many ways in how students can be protected, not only
with safety but also on their health. They students can be inform a day
before on what they should wear if they are going outside. There could be
many ways in which children can be protected. The teachers only have to
inform their parents, even if the school is a problem they can test out for a
while that learning outside can help students improve on their academic
status, all their classes.
The factual knowledge that I learn was that we can learn another type
of way not only in classroom. Especially when we are teaching kids, it is
better for them to learn whenever they are doing activities or exercising their
skills in an open and fun environment. I learn that being in a four wall room is
not beneficial to kids because they are not using all their senses in order to
improve academically. It is better to teach children once they are at a young
age in order to develop better and their knowledge to expand more.
Children learn better when they are seeing new things, when they are having
fun and the activities that they are doing is interesting. I can use the
knowledge I gained doing this research by applying it in my future as in my

children. I will know the best way to teach them, I will teach them first in
outdoors. I will also use this knowledge in order to expand it to different
school that lack from learning outside, and kids only use technology. I
realized how important it is to teach children outside than letting them
indoors play with technology. With technology kids lack from opening their
understanding and imagination. That is why is better for the children to learn
outdoors, their development childhood experience stays with them at all
times because of the moments they go through. By myself I learned so many
things that contribute with the education and the development of the
children. Now I believe that not only technology has the answers to my
questions about life, but we can also go out and experience it through our
senses. Technology can be beneficial at times but too much can ruin our
development and open minded education. I understand that whenever I want
to learn something is not always going to find the answer with technology
but there are many other resources. Technology is helpful but looking for
other sources can make us understand better with different perspectives.
What was new for me is that children dont get to go out as much, when I
was little we used to go on trips many times. Nowadays children spend more
time in technology inside the classrooms without having another perspective
for learning. My social skills improve in that
