10 gender myths
I recognized all of the myths on the list and I myself agreed that was now what seemed
common. Stuff like guys always want sex, and girls shouldnt play video games are things Ive
heard longer than I can remember. Others like men have too much pride to ask for directions, and
women should stay in the kitchen are probably less popular but still common. One I never knew
was that pink was originally the color associated with male infants, and blue with females. More
than anything these generalizations become harmful criticisms the cowardly use as weapons on
the weak. Over-simplifying to this extent takes away the humanity of people and replaces it with
a label. Ignorance is a huge problem. I believe gender myths were formed out of fear of
inadequacy to make cowards feel relevant. The hunger for power is indicative of the evil and
weakness inside of a man. Dont let a power hungry coward dictate shit.
