St.

JOSEPH CHURCH & CATHOLIC SCHOOL

As you may know, we been preparing to patch the worst areas in our parking lots.
Our community, Fathers, staff and the committee are very active in seeing this
effort thru.
The scope of work includes paving the worst and marked portions of the parking
lots. Work sequence include: placing signs to describe project, deploying
barricades for traffic control, saw-cutting the patch areas and resurfacing them to
grade.
The work is being done by volunteers who are donating their time, talents and
efforts. The parish is paying for the materials.
God and Weather permitting. Pavement patching is expected to be performed in
accordance to the schedule below.

Outlined Patches to be cut - Done 5.4.2016


Day 1: Barricades for traffic control arrive 5.5.16
Day 2: Cut pavement patches 5.7.16
Day 3: Pavement Removal & drainage adjustments- Start on 05.14.16
Day 4 and 5: 5.14 - 5.21.16 Resurface Area - 2 days or 2 weekends
Please have patience and respect the work areas and workers.
And most importantly, please inform staff, visitors and parishioners of activity.
