tend to be negative Page 324
I feel like there are definitely many events that
we seem to remember because of the negative outcome but I feel like you will remember positive events just as well because no matter if it is positive or negative, if it effects you in a major way then you will most likely remember it
some studies have found that there is a
positive relation between workers stable happiness and their work performance page 325
I believe that the mood you are in plays a role
in how you perform or complete tasks. I worked at Chickfila and would often work after school so if I was tired or had a bad day at school I felt like it showed in the way I did things even when I tried to hide it but same goes for if I was in a good mood it would show through my attitude and how I did things.

I feel like this depends on what the persons
mindset about life is. If you are trying to see the positive in everything then I feel like you will remember mainly positive things but if a negative experience had a huge impact on your life then that is something you will remember also.

I feel like I can relate this because I dont
think I have ever come out of church with lower feeling about how I feel. There is something about church that puts me in a good mood and I love getting to see my friends there.
Those actively involved in religion get small
boosts to their well-being every time they attend a religious service. Page 332
Youth group every Sunday night was one of
my favorite things because I felt like it was a great way to start the week on a positive note. I had small group on Wednesday nights and the weeks that I could go when I didnt have gym or homework I felt like gave me a break from the stress of the week and helped me have a better outlook on finishing the week.

I feel like it is true that people start to get less
and less of that boost to their well-being when they become so used to doing some things but that does not apply to everything. I also feel like being adapted to something is one reason why changing and moving things around in our lives is something that we seem to remember because it impacted us by changing up the way we did get that boost.
