A CALL FOR
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Board of Directors of PT JEMBO CABLE COMPANY Tbk. (the Company) herewith kindly invite all
shareholders of the Company to attend the Companys Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGMS) that will be hold on:

Agenda for the AGMS:

1. Presentation by the Board of Directors on conditions and businesses of the Company during the
year of 2015;
2. Ratification of the Companys Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement for Fiscal Year of 2015;
3. Resolution on the allocation of the Companys Profit for Fiscal Year of 2015;
4. Appointment of Public Accountant for Fiscal Year of 2016;
5. Determination of the honorarium and other remuneration for the members of the Companys
Board of Commissioners for Fiscal Year of 2016;
6. Delegation of authority and power to the Companys Board of Commissioners to determine the
honorarium and other allowances of the Companys Board of Directors for Fiscal Year of 2016;
Explanation of the Agenda:
1) Point 1 to 6 of the agenda of AGMS are substantially regular events and are mandatorily
required to be presented in the Companys AGMS;
Notes:
1. This call is considered as an invitation, the Board of Directors of the Company shall not send
any other invitation individually to the shareholders;
2. Those entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders whose names, that
latest by 4th May 2016 at 16.00 of Western Indonesian Time, are already listed in the
Register of Shareholders of the Company. For those holding securities account of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in Collective Custody (Exchange Member/Custodian Bank), are
required to provide data of investors, whom it manages, to KSEI to get Written Confirmation for
the Meeting or Konfirmasi Tertulis Untuk Rapat (KTUR);
3. a. Any shareholder unable to attend the Meeting can be represented by any other person with
a power of attorney. For any shareholder whose registered address is abroad, the power of
attorney must be legalized by the Consul or the Consul General of the Embassy of the
Republic of Indonesia which is located the same as the shareholders address registered;
b. Any shareholder whose form is a legal entity must be accompanied by a copy of its Articles
of Association as well as any amendments of it and its latest board of management;
4. Any shareholder that would give his/her/its authority can take the form of Power of Attorney in
the office of the Company at Jalan Pajajaran, Gandasari, Jatiuwung, Tangerang, and at Mega
Glodok Kemayoran Office Tower B, 6th Floor, Jalan Angkasa Kav. B 6, Kota Baru Bandar
Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat 10610. Such Power of Attorney must be received by the Company
latest by 27th May 2016 at 16.00 of Western Indonesian Time;
5. Any shareholder or his/her/its proxy attending the Meeting is requested to submit a copy of a
valid ID card to the designated officer before entering into the Meeting room, especially for
shareholder in Collective Custody of KSEI is also requested to submit the KTUR issued by KSEI
to the officer of the Company;
6. Meeting Materials are available starting from date of 9th May 2016 until the date of 1st June
2016, which can be taken on working days at the office of the Company at Jalan Pajajaran,
Gandasari, Jatiuwung, Tangerang, and at Mega Glodok Kemayoran Office Tower B, 6th Floor,
Jalan Angkasa Kav. B 6, Kota Baru Bandar Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat 10610, and can also be

downloaded from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange: http://www.idx.co.id, and the
website of the Company: http://www.jembo.com;
7. Respectfully, the shareholders or his/her/its proxy are expected to be in the Meeting 30
minutes before the commencement of the Meeting.
