It is my understanding the OPRA requests relate to the 911 tape and motor vehicle accident repor, as well as any investigation reports, As you are aware, there is an ongoing criminal investigation into the conduct of the juvenile driver, The criminal investigation is utilizing 2 variety of tools and we are awaiting additional Information from several sources.
