Reference: Memorandum Re: Submission of BPLO-Registered Establishments for CY 2015 dated 29 April 2016. 2. One of the ways in attaining the BFP’s legal mandate is through the inspection of establishments. In order to ensure that all establishments are inspected by the BFP nationwide, there is a need to determine the number of establishments registered in the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of every local government unit. This will be essential in determining the accuracy of data submitted by the BFP Regional Offices relative to this matter. 3. In this connection, you are hereby directed to submit the number of establishments registered in the BPLO in your respective provinces. The list should be accompanied by a corresponding certification from the BPLO. Indicate also in your report those BPLO in the city or municipality who refuse to issue the certification 4.
