TIME BOUND LEASE AGREEMENT

This agreement made and entered on 18-06-2014 between Smt. Sushila Devi W/o
Shri Jagdish Lal R/o 66 Vivek Vihar Ranipur More herein after referred as the
Lesser. (Which expression shall mean and include their here executor,
asministrators and assigns wherever the context so permits) of the first part.

M/s BROAD BAND 24x7 through Mr. Mannu Gulati S/o Shri Panna Lal Gulati R/o 112
Harilok, Phase Ii, Jwalapur, Haridwar and Shri Manoj Mehta S/o Shri G.S. Mehta, R/o
House No. 29 M Harilok Colony, Phase I, Jwalapur, Haridwar herein after called the
Lessee which expression, unless repugnant to the context shall include his
Successors, Heirs, Administrators and Legal Representatives of the Second Part.
And Wheareas the Lessee have approached to the Lessor with a arequest to let the
same on rent basis for 12 months with commencing from 15 April 2014 to run their
business activities and Lessor has conceded the request of the Lessee and both the
