It is a pleasure exploring the possibility of working my profession and rendering my services to
your institution, Nurse Deployment Project (NDP) under the Department of Health (DOH).
I am Recsim B. Doysabas, 21 year-old, a recent Nursing Board Passer with 6 months of
experience as a MOA-Community Empowerment Facilitator (CEF) of the Department of Social
Welfare and Development (DSWD) under the KAPIT-BISIG LABAN SA KAHIRAPANCOMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF SOCIAL SERVICES (KALAHICIDSS) PROGRAM. I am an enthusiastic person possessing the skills necessary to join this
program and have a pure passion by heart wanting to help and assist people in the community
through the nursing skills I have developed. This would be a great opportunity for me to gain
experiences, utilize and enhance my knowledge and skills to provide quality patient care and
grow as a professional nurse.
In the course of studying and clinical practices at Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH) &
Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center (ZNMC), I have acquired range of nursing skills while
developing the ability to think quickly, critically and solve problems.
I enjoy working well as part of a team, able to communicate properly, and have excellent
attention to details. I am an individual who takes the initiative in getting the job done and at the
same time fulfilling the clients satisfaction through the services rendered. A self-starter, and is
looking forward to challenges and pressures. I am very compassionate about my chosen
profession, where patients care and safety are my priorities.
I am confident that I will be an asset to your Department and looking forward to meet with you
