Motivation Letter

Application for Trainee Chair.

My name is Samah AbdelJaleel and I am interested in the position of a
trainee chair for MISMUN.
I believe that in order to be eligible for this position, a student must hold
passion for MUN. Not only as an extra curricular activity but much bigger and
greater than that and I believe my role as a co-president at DBSMUN shows
that. I have always held ardor for MUN as it gave me an opportunity to
express my self in the form of debate.
My experiences include 2 conferences in the UAE, serving as an ambassador
in both conferences. In Qatar, I have attended DESMUN in 2014 and THIMUN
Qatar 2016. Although my experiences don't seem like much, I have gathered
good communication skills, leadership skills and I have also learnt to present
my ideas in a fluent and concise manner. One of my greatest achievements
through these conferences was that I have learnt to work towards, and
achieve my aims with great commitment and perseverance. Other than just
conferences, I have presented assemblies and put up displays at school to
highlight important world issues including human rights.
My purpose for applying to this conference is to develop and enhance other
skills that are necessary for daily life. These skills include, to be able to adapt
quickly to new surroundings and situations, to be able to relate to people
easily and learn to become a great leader.
An opportunity like this is of great interest of mine and I look forward to
hearing from you soon.
