The researcher made use of the responses from the three sets of questionnaire

distributed to two managerial staff, two customers and three community leaders
of each of the 153 indigenous manufacturing firms that form the sample size of
the study.
The breakdown of the total number of the questionnaire distributed to the
respondents and returned them are presented in Table 4.1;

These findings have answered Research Question 1 by stating that there is


positive and significant association between corporate social responsibility and
corporate reputation in Nigeria.

These findings have answered Research Question 2 by stating that there is


positive but insignificant association between corporate social responsibility and
organizational performance in Nigeria.

These findings have answered Research Question 3 by stating that there is


positive and insignificant association between corporate social responsibility
and goodwill of firms in Nigeria.

These findings have answered Research Question 4 by stating that


organizational sustainability is a positive but insignificant function of corporate
social responsibility.
