oiler Feed Pumps are used for pumping hot geed water from Deaerator to Boiler of a thermal

power station. These pumps are one of the most critical rotating equipment in a power station.
These are multi-stage pumps and are available in both barrel casing and ring section designs.

CONDENSATE EXTRACTION PUMPS

ondensate Extraction Pumps are used to pump the condensate water from Condenser Hot Well

to Deaerator. These pumps are designed with a very low Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH)
requirement.
These are vertical, multistage centrifugal pumps of wet pit type mounted in a canister.

TESTING FACILITIES

In order to ensure the continued satisfaction of customers regarding the performance of BHEL
pumps, prototype pump testing facilities have been installed at the Ramachandrapuram Unit.

The pumps are tested to international standards over their entire operation range to prove their
technical suitability and satisfactory performance prior to dispatch.
