utilizing technology in order to animate the content.
Facilitated multiple writing and literacy instruction activities, displaying a model as an
example and implementing guiding questions for students to respond to.
Literacy Block

Conducted spelling, comprehension, reading fluency, and writing assessments with a mentee
fifth grade student.
Created individual lesson plans to help this student improve his comprehension, reading and
writing fluency, as well as vocabulary and spelling skills.
