    NOTICE OF NON-PAYMENT OF LOAN WITH DEMAND TO PAY

    11 June 2014

    MS. BEA GONZAGA


    John Street, San Jose, Batangas
    Dear Maam:
    This is with regard your outstanding loan in the amount of EIGHT
    HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 800,000.00) secured from me,
    KRIS DE LAS ALAS. Please be informed that of the TWELVE
    Installments, through which you promised to repay the said loan,
    no payment was made by you nor was there any effort on your
    side taken to settle such loan. This constitutes a notice of such
    non-payment with a demand to pay the whole amount of the loan
    - EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
    AND NINETY-NINE PESOS 98/100 (P899,999.98) inclusive of
    interest as of today on or before June 20, 2014. Otherwise, I
    shall be compelled to pursue my cause before the appropriate
    court.
