Dear Sir,
Please accept this letter as resignation from the position of Field Engineer, effective
one month from today. My last day at D.M. Consunji Inc. will be on April 30, 2016.
After a year of working in the project (The Royalton at Capitol Commons), I have
come to realize that working in construction site is not the right career path for me.
My decision to resign was finalized after long and careful consideration of all the
factors. I regret leaving friends and mentors here; however, I have decided that it
will be in the best interests for my career advancement and future development.
It is a great opportunity working in such a big company like D.M. Consunji Inc.
considering the fact that I have no enough knowledge regarding my position. Thank
you for giving me a chance to grow and to learn so many things about the field of
civil engineering.
During the next 4 weeks, I am willing to help you in any way possible to make the
transition of works as smooth as possible.
