microorganisminadigestivesystem.Itsisarenewablesourceanditcanalsolive
withoutoxygentoo.
Theproblemwithfoodwasteisthatwearethrowingawayfoodsthatwecanuse
forcompost.Anotherproblemisthatitcanfillupthelandfilltoo.TheBiogaswilldo
goodbecauseitisarenewablesource,itwillreducetheamountoflandfill,anditwill
alsobecheapertoalsocauseyoucanmakeitatyourhome.Ichosethisproject
becauseitwasgonnabeeasiertodoanditdoesnottakesolong.Anotherthingis
thatitisananaerobicdigester.Thismeansthatitdoesnotneedoxygen.Theenergy
comefromthegreenhousebuildingandfromheat.Nitrogenisneededbecauseifyou
havenitrogenitcanhelpbybreakingdownthewasteinthebiodigester.Thechemical
processisthatthecarbonisbeingreleasedtotheairwhenthebiogasisgoing.Another
thingisthatthehotwaterisgoingthroughitwithiscreatingthemethinetoo.The
temperaturechangewhilethishappensbecausethemorewasteandthewateryouput
