This school year is looking bright.

Its that time of year again. Summer is coming to an end and the school year has begun!
Here at Kids CAN we enjoyed our Summer camps to Niagara Falls, and camping outdoors.
Infact, we had an amazing year, our Social Centre has never been so busy with childern and
familes.
We would like to thank you for your kind donations and support through out the year,
and hope to made you smile. Here at Kids CAN, we want familes to seek support when
they need it. We want to bring to light to the fantastic gains that are exprienced through
childern who are diagnosed with a Autisms, Aspergers and developmetal diabilities.
These young vibrant childern bring us joy here at the Social Centre and we would not be
able to provide them with programs that help them grow if it was not for you.
As a mother of an autistic son, if warms my heart that people like you want to support
these childern and give them a second chance to learn and grow.
With over twenty new families joining us this school year, we can wait for the new adventures to begin!

Who We Are
Kids CAN is a non profit organization that
offers support through social and academic
programs for children between the ages of
three and fourteen who are diagnosed with
Autism, Aspergers and developmental disabilities. Kids CAN is a Social Centre that
offers opportunities for children to grow
through after school programs, camps, community field trips and one to one therapy.

After calculating our

expenses, Kids CAN has
spent 82% of our funding on Charitiable program for our kids.
Our administration was
given 15%, which left us
in 3% for fundraising.
Our total expenses for
this year is $206,879
which means that our
funding have been directly benefiting our kids
to learn and grow.

Our revenue this year is

$216,755, which means
that our funding is from
other non profit organizations as gifts and from
other venues. However
our non-receipted donations is a 6%, while our
receipted donations are a
4%.
According to ur 80%
rule, we are not exceeding the amouth of our
fundraising or donations.

Here at Kids CAN wants to expand our Social Centre allowing children and family members to find a place that provides support for both. In the future, Kids CAN would like to
create new programs for children with Autism that would
benefit parents providing a place for relief
and hope.

Thanks to Kids CAN, I can see Emily improving, growing and becoming more social.
Her favourite afterschool program is Kids
CAN Jr. She has so many new friends. Kids
CAN has changed Emilys life for the better.

Before Kids CAN, I never wanted to go to school. I was picked on, and
noone wanted to play with me. Now, I have new friends to play with
and my tutor helps me with homwork. Everyday after school, I cant
wait to go to Kids CAN Sr. to see my friends -Kyle D.

As a single father, when I found out

my little girl was diagnosed with Autism a panic feeling hit me. I visited Kids CAN and they gave me the
support I needed. Now, Savannah is
four years old and she has improved
her speaking skills. I owe it all to Kids
CAN for making my little girl feel special, and giving her a second chance to

Why Kids CAN?

Kids CAN is an social centre that offers support for young childern
and parents. Our programs encourage childern to grow and learn
not only with in a school enviroment, but in an setting. We want
our kids to excel in everything they do, and want them to become
what ever they desire. With your donations, you will be makind
dreams come true for both childern and parents.
