 Definition of OB
 “It is the study and application of
knowledge about human behavior
related to other elements of the
organization such as structure,
technology, and social system.”
 There are so many functions,
features, theories, variables,
background, and elements of
organizational behavior but I am here
to present you key forces of ob and
how these effected OB.
 Key forces of ob

•1 People (individual and group)
 Structure
 Environment
 Technology
 People
 People works in organization individually
and in groups if the work will be done by
a team it will effect on organization and
in other way a single person can’t effect
on the organization by his good work. The
effect of people on the organization can
be negative or positive so in all the
conditions people will effect the
organization.
 TECHNOLOGY
 TECHNOLOGY AFFECTS ON THE ORGANISATION
BEHAVIOUR BOTH WITHIN AND OUTSIDE
ORGANISATIONS.NEW MACHINERY TECHNOLOGY
WILL BE EFFECT ON THE OB. IF YOU WILL USE
NEW MACHINES FOR THE WORK IN THE
ORGANISATION IT WILL BE DIRECTLY EFFECT ON
THE WORKERS JUST BECAUSE OF THE WORKER
WERE NOT TRAINED FOR THE NEW TECHNOLOGY
AND THE NEEDS OF THE ORGANISATION WILL
NOT BE FULLFILL IN A REAL MANNER.
 STRUCTURE
 THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND
THE DIFFERENT PART OF THE ORGANISATION
EFFECTED TO OB.EVERY PEOPLE WANTS TO
SECURE THEIR JOBS IN THE ORGANISATION AND
FOR THIS EVERY PEOPLE USE HIS STRATERGY AND
IF EVERY PEOPLE WILL USE DIFFERENT DIFFERENT
THINKING THEN IT WILL EFFECT OB.
 ORGANISATION STRUCTURE IS A BASIC
FRAMEWORK WITHIN WHICH THE MANAGER’S
DECISOIN MAKING BEHAVIOR TAKES PLACE.
 ORGANISATION STRUCTURE BEING ABSTRACT IS
NOT VISIBLE.
 ENVIRONMENT
 THE LAST AND THE MOST EFFECTED FORCES WHICH EFFECTED TO
OB IS ENVIROMENT.AN ORGANISATION WORKS
WITHIN A BROADER FRAMEWORK OF
ENVIROMENT.ENVIROMENTS CONSIST OF ALL
THOSE FACTORS THAT LIE OUTSIDE THE
ORGANISATION BUT EFFECTS ITS
WORKING.ENVIROMENTS KEEPS ON
CHANGING.SOCIAL PRESSURE, COMPETITION,
AND THE GOVT. FACTORS INVOLVES IN
INVIRONMENT.

forces or elements affect an
Organization a lot.
 Every Organization needs some
proper and effective forces to make
Organization run smoothly, these
four forces provides such facilities to
the organization.
