Goodbye IT infrastructure

Welcome Hyperscale
We believe that the largest transformation of IT infrastructure is beginning right now, and
it will reshape IT as we know it. No longer just a support function, IT infrastructure will be
designed to drive top line revenue growth and strategic advantage. This kind of
transformation is what Ericsson has always done. Welcome to the worlds first
industrialized hyperscale infrastructure

Industrialize and Accelerate

Todays datacenters are inflexible and inefficient. Way overprovisioned. Burdened with rigid
products, technologies, and architectures.
The problem: the infrastructure is dictating the business, instead of the other way around.
Its time to say goodbye to traditional IT infrastructure.
Say hello to the new era of digital industrialization. To a datacenter designed as a digital factory:
hyperscalable, software-defined, automated, and accessible in a way that youve never seen
before.
This revolution requires us to look through a different lens and imagine what is possible. The
time is now: either you change the game or the game changes you! This is the Networked
Society, and it is bringing major opportunities, together with daunting challenges: the explosion
of data, advanced analytics, new digital technologies, the Internet of Things, 5G, mobile
networks.
With Ericsson Cloud, we are laying the foundations required for digital industrialization:

The Ericsson Hyperscale Datacenter System 8000 family hyperscale infrastructure

that will drive your top line.
A global alliance with cloud pioneer Amazon Web Services that will simplify, fast-track,
and institutionalize the convergence of mobile infrastructure and public cloud.
A strategic partnership with Quanta Computer to industrialize and accelerate hyperscale
infrastructure globally. Coupled with leadership of the Open Compute Project (OCP) as a
platinum member, Ericsson will drive the design of openness of Intel Rack Scale
Architecture into OCP, and with our new friends at Quanta Computer, will jointly
produce and distribute supporting products and options.

Masaya n ba kayo?
I have committed a mistake of missending an email to AllNOC list last May 2, 2016 that cause pain in one very good person though unintentionally.
Nevertheless, it happened and I cant stop it. I dont know how to say sorry to that particular person.
I thought that the issue will die out since I have no control of it.
But now hearing that someone forwarded that email to different persons or group is an irresponsible act Common sense lang po sana para di na
lumalala pa, Just think of that person affected. Wheres the respect?
I dont want to be quiet anymore! This issue needs to be stopped! I am not an asshole but I can be. I am not aspiring for any career just a decent
respectable job for my family.
Sir Joseph and Maam Jeanne have many visions for this particular department and that includes all of us. Are we in the same boat or not? Think what is
happening, with all the daily network and trouble complaints coming from left, right, top and bottom. Your Superiors are absorbing it all, shielding our
incapacities and failures and yet still thinking for this departments welfare. Can we give them our respects and support they deserve?
Cant we be united for the growth of our department? Or for our bosses? Or for our co-workers? Or for ourself?
Sorry Sir Joseph and Maam Jeanne, alam kong wala sa character nyo magalit kasi sobrang bait ninyo, sana masuklian kahit respeto man lamang.

Peace to all! God bless!

Elmer B. Placio

PS. O baka maging panibagong issue na naman ito ha at iforward din. Wag nyo na gawin move on na tayo mas marami pang trouble, planning at
documentation ang need ng focus natin. I do hope that each one of us will learn from our own mistakes and from others as well. Thanks!
