Auto Jelly fill & seal machine: Fully

automated solution for jelly making process
includes cup loading, jelly liquid filling, cup
sealing and cup unloading automatically. All

of CNC fixture, lifters and more.

Heavy duty hydraulic cylinders: Triple layer

wearing seal to accommodate and operator under 200 tons
450 tons load capacity. Wide range of sealing designs to
withstand even under high axial and bending loads.

Compressor body lifting and tilting jack:

the component to a specific angle is also

Semi automatic 500Kgs output type: Reduces 10 no of labours to 2 also reduces
the labour fatigue.
Semi auto - 1ton capacity: Reduces labours by 20 to 3 members.
Semi auto - 2ton capacity: Reduces labours by 30 to 5 members.
Fully automatic -1ton capacity: Reduces labours by 20 to 2 members.

Heat room:
Heat room enables curing of eatables and rubber band, so according to the curing inputs
the heat room material is decided.
Key features:
Bulk production 500 kgs output capacity at 4hrs curing time.
Versatile fuels inputs are possible due to separate exhaust passages
When manually cured without this equipment,
2500sq.m of closed space
will be required including
labour charges.
