Assignment 1
Discuss a change effort that a manager in a business organization tried to introduce within
the last three years. Guiding questions for exploration: Which aspects of the organization
was the focus of the change? How the change implemented and what were the strengths
and weaknesses of the implementation strategy? What are your comments on the change
effort?
You may interview the respective manager to obtain information. Provide name, organization
and contact number, email of the interviewed manager for verification purposes. Your answer
should be limited to a minimum of 8 pages and a maximum of 10 pages (excluding cover
page). Please note that the lecturer comment form and the plagiarism test result sheet
should be attached to the assignment.
