MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

The undersigned counsel most respectfully states that:

1. ACCUSED Jeofrey Bradecina is set to be arraigned on 5 May 2016;
2. The accused, however, upon the advice of his doctor cannot appear for the said
arraignment. A Medical Certificate of the accused is attached as proof of his
illness;
3. He begs therefore the indulgence of the Honorable Court to postpone and the
arraignment to another date;
4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of the case but solely on
the ground above-stated;
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the
arraignment of the accused be set on another date convenient to the court.
