1- Aman belongs to design department ,as far as I know him he is very

motivated towards his work and his efforts took him where he is standing at
this time.
2- Touqeer belongs to production department and take an active part in
continuously improving the companys productivity.
3- Alhamdulillah I have completed seven years of my job in Autocom. First of all
thanks to Allah for bringing me where I am standing right now Autocom gave
me an opportunity to successfully manage many major projects like Port
Qasim Project ,AutoCom II etc independently .All of these projects were
proved to be a major contributor in Achieving Company targets.
4- The first thing thing that attracted me about AutoCom were best
management practices .
5- I have been serving in Autocom since 7 years.Things that make me stay here
are the ownership of doing my work and good working environment.

a. Full understanding about welding process with full safety procedures.
b. Enhance my knowledge about Tig and Mig welding.
c. Work shop improvement.
d. Communication skill
e. Visited different companys where I learned so many new things ,saw
different various management practices.
9- The biggest change after this training in me is the knowledge about various
safety measures prior to performing any Job and the Confidence to present
myself in any occasion.
10-Language barrier was one of the challenge I faced.
11-I wont forget ever when Police Investigate us after Paris Attacks and their
hands were shaking while checking us.
12-I would like to implement 5S Management Technique in my firm. I decided to
do so after observing Visual Improvement Practices in various companies
over there.5S is a team work and it not only contributes in effective
productivity but contributes in time management as well.
