3.Chooseacoloroflightforaspecificnegativeemotion.Placethislightina
circleatyourfeet.
4.Stepintothecircleofnegativity.Fullyimmerseyourselfintheemotion.Feel
itmentally,andphysically.Allowthefeelingtotakefulleffectin,andonyou.
Now,stepoutofthenegativitylight.Watchthelight,andcircle,dissolveYou
areinblacknessagain,feelingnothing.
5.Feelingnothing,chooseacoloroflightforaspecificopposingPositive
emotion.Thisemotionmustbespecificforimplementingapositiveoutlook,
bothexternalandinternal,aboutlifeANDyourself.Placethislightinacircleat
yourfeet.

8.Watchthecircleofpositivityexpand,allowittotakeawayallofthe
blackness,thisway,evenwhenyoufeelnothing,youstillfeelpositive.

negativeemotionsandtheireffectsonyou.
