Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Willem Jeurissen, ik ben 19 jaar oud en studeer Bedrijfskunde/MER aan Hogenschool Avans
in Den Bosch. Ik maak aan het eind van iedere periode een samenvatting, kennisportfolio, van de door
mij bestudeerde theorie. Ik doe dit zodat ik een makkelijk en snel kan laten zien over welke kennis ik
beschik aan leraren, opdrachtgevers en potentile werkgevers. Mijn kennisportfolio functioneert ook als
samenvatting voor mijzelf zodat ik snel kan zien welke theorien ik het beste kan gebruiken bij een
bepaalde opdracht.
Ik wil graag alle leraren en trainers bedanken voor hun lessen en begeleiding waardoor ik de stof beter
heb leren te begrijpen en toe heb kunnen passen.

In H4 recht Europees recht/EU-law behandeld. Het is lastig om de opgedane kennis in dit kennisportfolio
te vermelden omdat de informatie ieder jaar anders is en het vooral gaat om vaardigheden omtrent het
oplossen van enkele casussen doormiddel van de wettenbundels.

Export plan:
1. Export Policy (why?)
Step 1: Provide a brief overview of the company: its history, sales by division and region,
organisation structure main competitors.
Step 2: Describe the internal (7-S) and external analysis (DESTEP).
Step 3: Show the SWOT analysis, trend analysis for the relevant product lines and TOWS
matrix with the business strategy options. Furthermore, show the current business strategy
and recommended internationalisation strategy.
2. Export Audit (where?)
Step 4: Provide a country selection model, based on a 3-step filter process, to enable
selection and prioritisation of the most attractive countries/ markets with the highest
potential.
Step 5: Create an overview of the value chain and supply chain setup for the new selected
export markets.
Step 6: Summarise the different market entry options based on a set of entry criteria.
3. Export Plan (how?)
Step 7: Provide an overview of the proposed international marketing mix.
Step 8: Describe the logistics and distribution setup for the new selected markets.
Step 9: Show the financial plan and relevant legal issues.
4. Export roll-out (what and when?)

Step 10: Provide the 10-sep milestone plan to realise the market entry, and sale and
delivery of the first order.
(Step 11:) Describe the implementation of the export development on the frond-end side:
its sales and customer relationship management implementation plan (extern).
(Step 12:) Describe the implementation of the export development on the back-end sid: its
logistics and supply chain management implementation plan (intern).
Export is important for the long-term economic growth.

International marketing en de country analysis behandelen dezelfde stof. Country analysis

gaat alleen verder in op het filter model en de country analyse.

Country analysis
Country analysis of landen analyse, is een macro economisch vak. Tijdens de lessen hebben we
landenrisicos bekeken en verschillende landen met elkaar vergeleken doormiddel van een filter-model.
Een filter model bestaat uit drie filters: Pre-filter (economische gegevens), Filter 1 (DESTEP-analyse) en
Filter 2 (marktanalyse).
