A: Good morning, Alpha Company
B: Hello, Good morning, This is Alex Smith from Beta Consultors. May I
speak to Mrs.Roberts, please?

A: Her extension is engaged at the moment, will you hold on, please?
B: Yes, of course, thank you. But , maybe you could help me.
A: How can I help you, sir?
B: Im calling to make an appointment with Mrs. Roberts. Id like to
comment with her some aspects about our contract conditions.
A: Alright, Ill put you through to her secretary in order you to fix a suitable
date.
B: Its very kind of you
A: Thank you sir. Oh, Im afraid the line is busy , too. Could you call back
later?
B: Er Could you give her a message?
A: Yes , sir.Could you hold on a moment while I get a pen, please?
