PTM Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm
New Business:

PYP Presentation Mr. Viera

Please see attached flyer for details on PYP.

School received 2,000 grant from Whole Foods for improving the
garden. We need to make plans and develop images of plans to show future
work planned for garden. Whole food requires plans and images to make sure
money is being spent properly.

Running Path on track and blueprints were at meeting to show running

path. Should hear about Nike Grant in March. Everything is almost paid off,
some money is still owed. Nike Grant will have no impact on running path if
we do not get grant.

Lee Sandwich shop is hosting McKinley Family night on 3/2/2016.

twenty five percent of profit will be donated to McKinley. Lees also will have
expanded hours for customers to order earlier.
When will be open self-nomination for Officer positions for 2016/2017?
Will be mid-March, has to be completed by April 30 for voting in May.

Meeting in March is cancelled, Meeting in. April will include a focused PYP update
and also review and approval of 2016 bylaws and operating procedures.
