TOPPO (here in after called Trainees) of its one part & NTPC Ltd. Talcher Thermal (here in
after called the Company) of other part.
Witness that the Trainee hereby undertakes to observe all responsible precautions against
accident to him / her self during the course of this vocational training at NTPC Ltd. Talcher
Thermal from
01.06.2016 to 30.06.2016
and hereby releases the company from all
liabilities and claims, demands of proceedings whatsoever in the event of any accident to him /
her during the course of such training and the trainee agrees that he / she will abide with rules
and regulations as applicable to all in the premises of NTPC Ltd. Talcher Thermal .
