Seema is the best of the lot. She has absolutely no problem.

Rashmitha is close behind but needs help in putting her thoughts into words while speakng.
Sushil is equaly good. He will progress well and has no particular problem. His foundation is strong.
Allen is mature in his thoughts and knows what he has to do in order to complete his course.
Irshad needs help in his english listening and writing (mainly grammar). He is pretty fluent in speaking.
Bency is very weak in speaking and grammar. She has to go a long way.
Aswath and Sudhi are the weakest and need immense help in all aspects of listening, speaking and writing

103 students took the Diagnostic test which had 35 questions on various aspects of
English Grammar. The following are the scores of the students. 64 students have
scored less than 15 and require additional help. I am surprised that they have
reached so far considering that Grammar that is taught in schools at an early age.
