All of the vital functions and connec-
tions are in one centrally located dist-
ribution valve. Flow to the loader cylin-
ders is divided evenly to create precise
power. The implement cylinders have
a built in relief valve included in the Q
Compact Valve to provide protection to
the cylinders.
Hydraulic lines are concealed and pro-
tected inside the beam, thus minimizing
the risk of damage to the hydraulics.
Compression molded curved cross tube
located lower on the beam enhances
strength and visibility.
Large dimension galvanized pins, a
locking disc, and a compact rubber
ringprevent axial play. Th is keeps the
lubricating grease in place and secures
the pin on both sides. Th e pins are sur-
rounded by replaceable bushing sleeves
that increase the service life of the loa-
der..
The Quicke Dimension series uses high
tensile steel to create greater torsio-
nal and structural rigidity. All welded
seams on the double U profi le are facing
in towards the tractor, creating a clean,
smooth beam design.
The standare Softdrive load dampening
system is protected and stowed in the
loader cross tube. It reduces the stress
on the loader, but also on the subfram-
es, tractor, and driver. Softdrive is fitted
on all Quicke Loader models. Progres-
